What is Gotek Smart Watch
The watch is able to track patient’s movement, measure health vitals, two-way calling, SOS emergency button, electronic fence, step counter, and calorie measurements; also sends notifications and alarms such as, predefined limits of health vitals, fall detection, tamper / no measurements notification, alarm reminders and SOS notification.
How does Gotek Smart Watch work
Gotek Smart Watch needs a SIM Card from your local operator to function. This means a 4G SIM Card has to be inserted into the watch to send the watch readings to your Gotek Cloud Web / Mobile application.
How Accurate is Gotek Smart Watch
Different versions of Gotek Smart Watch is available:
- – V2.2 – 4G Gotek Smart Watch: NOT a medical device, used to give a general overview of the health vitals. ± 0.3 body temperature and 90% – 92% Heart Rate and other vitals.
- – V2.5 – 4G Gotek Smart Watch: High accuracy sensors for health vitals to give the most accurate readings as possible with the highest technology available. ± 0.1 body temperature and 94% – 96% Heart Rate and other vitals.
Please Note: Measurements’ accuracy may be affected by different factors, such as how close is the watch to the skin and how loose is the strap, also the state of the user while taking measurements. For best vital measurements, user is recommended to stay at a still relaxed position, in a stable state. In order to achieve proper measurement, fasten the strap fairly tight. The strap should not cause discomfort, but should maintain constant contact with the skin. Recommended to wear 2 cm above the wrist.

Gotek Cloud provides a set of web applications for Gotek IoT devices to function/monitor/control. Gotek Cloud Web Application lets you have full control over your Gotek Smart Watch.

- – Set maximum and minimum limits for the vital measurements to send notifications and alarms of any abnormalities.
- – Set an electronic fence and receive related alarms if the user is out of the safe/ predefined area.
- – Add/edit/delete watch phonebook contacts.
- – View/add/delete multiple Gotek Smart Watches.
- – View/edit Profile Information.
Can I share my Gotek Cloud Login info
You can share your login details with your doctor/family member/care giver, under your own responsibility.

Gotek Smart Watch sends data using the installed local 4G SIM Card internet connection to Gotek Cloud Servers, in which are translated and encrypted to be sent to the required server via API using the language needed for flexible and easy communication.
